I hereby instruct and authorize 1Life911 EMC to draw against my account with the above named bank our monthly subscriptions on day, , commencing from and shall continue until further notice in writing from me. All such withdrawal from my account shall be treated as though they have been signed by me. I authorize 1Life911 EMC to automatically update the monthly subcriptions due to member changes and annual subcriptions adjustment without the need to sign new debit order mandate. The instruction may be cancelled by me by giving a 30 days notice in writing to 1Life911 EMC but I understand that I am not entitled to any refund of monies which have already been withdrawn while the authorisation was in force if such amounts were legally owing to 1Life911 EMC. Receipt of this instruction by 1Life911 EMC shall be regarded as a receipt there off by my bank.
